Coco/R can bootstrap itself to generate its own driver, parser, scanner and [[Computer Dictionary/semantic evaluator|semantic evaluator]] from an attributed grammar included in the distribution.

Versions exist for generating Oberon, Modula-2, Pascal, C, and C++ source for MS-DOS and Unix. A Java implementation was planned.
