The 1st, don't be shocked if you feel really, really free -- free to feel whatever it is you really feel, say whatever it is you really want to say, do whatever you want to do, cook whatever you really want to cook, wear whatever you want ... and so forth. Yep, there's something somewhere (whether internal, external or both) that's shifted for you. Spend this month experiencing what it means to go through life a little less constricted. The 5th and 6th, use some of your newfound flexibility to stop bending over backward when an irritating boss or coworker makes unreasonable demands. The 10th and 11th, don't forget to take a break -- you need to rest sometimes, too, you know! The 16th, it's stock-taking time in your internal warehouse. What have you got in there (expired grudges? outmoded behaviors?) that needs cleaning out? By the 21st, you're ready to try a meditation class. The 23rd and 24th, you're feeling free and flexible and fantastic. The 30th, breathe deep -- and make one more big change.
